Tracing A City is an independent curatorial initiative by a group of individuals. From the beginning only, TAC is likely to engage with cross-cultural action research (in the context of methods and its dynamics) to be able to understand the pluralism of the time of the ‘post-truth’ reality. We are working on ‘fluid understanding’ to make a safe space for diverse gender/colors/interests more than cultural reproduction. We consider it is a safe space for cross-discipline networking and subversive communication around the world.

Hidden Area is inspired by one of our curatorial international projects from Meteor International platform. In all of our previous editions we have called the program, "Hidden Art". "Hidden Art" has been an experimental exchange where the collective has tried to make a dialogue between art and viewership. Curatorially, this time we are trying to push the boundary to a further level than that. In "Hidden Area", it will be an amalgamation of multi-layer exploration and deconstruction of ongoing structural ideas about “public art design”. The purpose of  "Hidden Area" will be to find out the scope and space in the city which is conflicting and contrasting at the time

Tasweerghar, Ever since being introduced to the world of photography our founder, Rabbania Shirjeel, observed and experienced a lack of seriousness shown to this medium of art in Pakistan. Realizing a lack of forums dedicated to photographers led to the inception of Tasweerghar in 2015. It is the first and only photography forum entirely dedicated to providing photographers a space to showcase their work and build a community around it. Behind this initiative, our aim is to bring together the photography community through interactive sessions while also providing them with a chance to experiment with their medium. Through our efforts, we intend on developing a sound understanding of this medium in the next generations of practitioners. Over this period, Tasweerghar has evolved to an organism-like entity with associations, partnerships and collaborations helping us evolve along with the discipline and notion of art.
